Tommy101
Of all the venues they choose a swimming pool in Portsmouth. For what it's worth I think it's decent but a surprising choice. I'm guessing they need to get a ferry back onto the continent after download so they may as well play a night while they are down south. Does Mogwai's noise work outdoors? They were great at NOS Alive and supporting The Cure at Bellahouston last summer. Their NOS Alive set was probably the loudest I've heard a band play, to the point that I don't think my hearing has been quite the same since. As @CJTM says, I think it's only announced so far in advance because of the size of the venues, mainly in Glasgow and Manchester. I think had a similarly long lead up to their previous gig at The Hydro.
Tommy Dickfingers
George Clinton playing Manchester June 5th at Albert Hall. I’m at Junction 2 unfortunately seen him at The Ritz before was unreal. Still hurts the clash with Yeezy.
