Yeah most people are just working on the gate for there tickets and want to get people in as quickly and smoothly as possible. Never had a problem and my photo looks nothing like me, next year il change it!

Last time I went I took my passport because I look nothing like my photo and still haven't changed it and I was worried. I didn't need it, but I was able to store my passport for the festival in the lockers after giving a small donation but I don't think the donation is mandatory.

Might be getting confused but didn't one of the areas (common) say we were getting there full lineup then via Instagram messenger. Now whether that was just the common full lineup and splits or the whole festival I don't know.

It's very meek you don't need to be into politics to condemn an illegal war. But also I'm not aware of the ramifications of a stronger worded statement though I doubt she's on putins watch list. In short though it wouldn't have harmed for then to hold off for this year.
