They supported The Cure last year at their (outdoor) show in Glasgow last year. Could maybe look up some reviews of that

They were great at NOS Alive and supporting The Cure at Bellahouston last summer. Their NOS Alive set was probably the loudest I've heard a band play, to the point that I don't think my hearing has been quite the same since. 

As @CJTM says, I think it's only announced so far in advance because of the size of the venues, mainly in Glasgow and Manchester. I think had a similarly long lead up to their previous gig at The Hydro.

No mention it seems on the JARV IS gig on Monday at the Steel Yard in London announced earlier yet.
