Yep that has to be Kylie as TBC I'd reckon, That's good news though as she will have a good crowd and has plenty hits to keep them happy.

Can't, for the life of me, think of any Kylie songs other than 'la-la-la-la-la'. Maybe she had plenty of hits in the UK/Europe, but I don't think she had that many in Latinamerica where I spent the first half of my life. I can totally see myself showing up for the last 15 mins of her show to join the 'Can't get you out of my head' singalong, though.

Still waiting/hoping for the usual inevitable fork in the road that messes up everybody's headliner predictions, but alas I think it may be false hope this time. Hopefully the undercard will have some surprises across it. More excited for Kylie than anything else at the moment (although I love Kylie so that's no small feat).

My thoughts exactly - I've been reading the forum trying to understand how sure Neil is and looking at the info behind the rumours etc., and really hoping there's a twist or a shock. I won't be overly fussed if not, may watch Stormzy depending on sub and definitely watch Macca, but like you I'm hoping for (and confident of) someone interesting undercard bookings.

    • Elastica posted last night teasing a return, wonder where they would play if they reformed?
    • I agree but anyone under Rodrigo would be a sub in reality, that day would sell out in under an hour whoever is subbing, in which case Wolf Alice would make a lot of sense   The more unrealistic part of the scenario at this point is Rodrigo headlining
    • All you can say is...     If he couldn't convince nations that really would've benefitted from the short-term hit of an up-front £50mil payment by this time next year, what hope did he have?   Guess we'll now just have to monitor and see if this could derail Infantino's plans to be re-elected FIFA President next year.
    • Spider-Man: Brand New Day   Highlight was a bloke reacting to the post-credit scene by going "Holy f**k it's Tobey Maguire!" despite the scene having no reference to him at all. Which made my close-to-full screening of the film laugh a lot.   Film was pretty good. It was interesting as much as an exploration of the ramifications of the end of No Way Home and being about isolationism and male loneliness, which I thought it actually did quite well. Though I do ponder if I liked it as much as the other 3 Tom Holland Spider-Man movies. Sadie Sink was good tbf, while I also liked Jon Bernthal as Punisher, enough that I might go watch his Disney+ shows.   Seem to have had a Marvel kick recently having also watched Thunderbolts and Shang-Chi, both of which I thought were pretty good.
    • Wolf Alice won't get headliner for Reading either, they will sub if they play, that is where their level has stopped I feel. Both TFG and Skyvip for the big shows this year was just a stretch too far. Every headliner this year is bigger than them too I'd say.   Agree with Capaldi I don't think Yungblud will be at Reading. I would guess Bludfest 3 or Download.
