Also I'm surprised this wasn't the 'big surprise' thing, people thinking it was a double album and she just releases 7 tracks on the same day.

The Great War opens up the 'Vault" tracks brilliantly.

I kind of liked the album on first listen, second listen it already sounded different and I was picking up on things I didn't notice before, I think this album will be a very quick grower. Just started the 3am songs now.

Absolutely - I listened on good headphones last night and the production is superb.  Big respect to Jack Antonoff - BFIAFL last week and now this - the production is incredible on both albums.

Just had a thought - what if she follows this up in 6 months with “Middays” and it’s an upbeat banger record? Just a thought.

Had the 3am tracks on in the car this morning and they’re all pleasant enough but none really stood out too much. I’ll have another blast later but it didn’t feel like there was a New Romantics or The Lakes buried in there.
