So if the festival goes ahead but they ban over 70s, we're going to need a new headliner and Legend. Who else is available?

let's face it, from what's happened in the past with headliner cancellations they can stick just about anyone in those slots without uproar. If it's outside of their control people will accept what they're able to arrange instead.

As @jparx says, still Kendrick. Perhaps Emily doesn’t fancy the usual threats and menaces from the gammon brigade, and thinks announcing him on a poster with the likes of Blossoms also on there is a safer option.

It’s fairly common these not to have all three by now. I don’t think there’s anything particularly sinister going on.

I would assume Noel gets bumped up from subbing Macca to headlining. Which would go down a jobby in the punch bowl on here, but would be the simplest option for the festival.

Anyone who went to T in the Park 2004 can attest to the sort of trauma caused by bumping up the sub regardless of quality. Noel instead of McCartney is nothing compared with The Darkness instead of David Bowie.

If Macca drops out because he’s aged, let Aerosmith headline. They’re just as aged but Steve Tyler and Joe Perry have enough of the most Class A of Class A chemicals permanently lingering in their bodies to kill off anything.

Headliners become Aerosmith, Ozzy and the Stones. 

Keef in particular doesn't actually have a respiratory system anymore, binned that off in '75
