as lots of people renew their subscription in the next two months, i thought i should flag up  that things have to change a little: it'll no longer be possible  for gold members to use the main part of the website  ad-free, they'll continue to have the forums ad-free. this is because of technical reasons .if this isn't acceptable please don't renew.

Thats fine, thanks for letting us know.  I'm happy to renew for the wealth of info about festivals on here and the awesome community.  I know the last year or so has been so tough for you Neil, renewing is my little thank you to say you are appreciated.

I’d pay a reasonable increase in price too.

its sort of gone up by three quid, cos the vat status for this sort of thing changed. i kept the same total price of £18, and pocketed the three quid in vat i was no longer paying.

All good from my perspective.  Looking back at all of the years you've provided this haven.  And without eFestivals, there's a good chance I would have been ticketless more than once!

    • RIP Roy Hattersley
    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
