The guests were all a bit dull though and letting Stephen Sanchez play his own song was a choice. The Dua song is fine, but he probably should have dropped that if he couldn’t get her to appear. 

Elton had been playing it since it was released anyway so its not as if he felt that dua needed to be there for it if the last 10 months its been on the setlist.

annoyed they never recorded The Hives, not sure why either, would of helped the ticket sales for their new tour, seems a missed opportunity.

first few acts on all stages generally don't get recorded. Presumably due to staffing/shift hours. It's a long day if you need to be there at 11am to set up and get everything tested to record a broadcast mix, especially after finishing after midnight the previous night.

Do the BBC no longer upload full sets any more? They didn't seem to with Reading last year.

2: I guess there is no alternative way watching Iplayer outside UK? Only YT clips

There were sets up from Big Weekend. And all thebiplayer stuff is full sets for glasto

I remember them being on after a drab beady eye years ago, they didn't film them then either... odd

They don't film the first couple of acts on any of the stages.  Rick Astley this year was an exception.

I'm pretty annoyed the BBC seem to be only showing half of The Chicks set on i-player! Was looking forward to watching that again 2 or 3 times before it disappears. They don't seem to have done this for any other acts as far as I can tell?
