How confident are people feeling that we'll get something new from Arcadia? I hope not but I'm feeling like there's a chance we're getting same old spider in that field. Before someone has a go I know 'the spider is great for newbies still'. Doesn't stop me wanting to see something new though 😜

Ahhhh yeah now that you mention it I do remember, but had to really stretch my brain to picture it. It's like opposite the treehouse stage in the woods right. Only ever really poked my head as I walked past. Thanks!

Can someone clear something up for me. The Glade poster drop had two line ups, one for Glade Dome the other for Glade Stage. Been to every Glasto since 2014 but was completely unaware there were two Glade stages. I always thought Glade was just that covered section in the trees to right of Other stage. I'm assuming that's the Glade dome because of how it looks, so where is the Glade stage?

Amazing pics thanks for sharing. I started going Glasto 2014 onwards so remember a few of those. Do people think with the stage now being re-branded as Peace it might now have a more utopian design? I'd like that, would be good to change things up again.

Yeah it's a shame they didn't carry on booking extreme metal acts after the 30 years of Earache year, would love some more of that represented at Glasto. I'll be going to Obscene Extreme two weeks after Glasto though so will get my fix then.

Two new stages for Shangri-La this year, Arrivals and Peace. I potentially have a bit of intel that might be relevant with them boxes. Someone who works in the same yard as Joe Rush told me a good few months back that he had built/was building some sort of sky bar for a backstage area. Don't know anything more than that and certainly not saying confidently it's what them boxes are, but not out the question. I hope not anyway, not interested in what they have going on for people backstage personally 😆

The other stage 2022 sub was really good. Helped by it being around golden hour in that field with the sun setting behind us. I'm not sure if it would be the same with the Pyramid crowd on Sunday, but certainly hope it might. I'll be there to check it out anyway.

Wait, we're having a conversation about Fred Again? I was blissfully unaware, don't think either of us mentioned him. I don't know much about him tbh. But I agree a Skream & Benga set is probably going to get more people excited than Mala, but to say they're a completely different act is a stretch. They're from the same universe. I mean they're from the same crew ffs. Anyway I was never disagreeing on your main point that they're probs on at Arcadia. Just don't think S&B are that insanely huge that it's all about safety and that there aren't also other feasible stage options...
