    2019 Headliners

To me Drake seems a much more likely hip-hop headliner than Kendrick. He's just released a new album and seems to 'understand' the british music scene with the association to BBK (can''t remember the extent of his actual involvement), appearing with Giggs at Reading. He would also fit the 'mega star' act that we've had the past few years with Adele and Ed. I feel like Drake would understand the exposure that Glastonbury gives.

    2019 Possibilities (Non-Headliner)

Completely agree with this, the atmosphere, albeit through the tv, looks non existent. I don't think Liam's voice sounds too bad actually. Would much rather watch his brother on the pyramid mind

    2019 Headliners

Been listening to The Strokes at lot recently, I know they aren't together at the moment but would they get a headline slot these days. I know a lot of their 2017 tour setlists were Is This It heavy so don't know how relevant they would still be. That 2011 Pulp/ The Strokes top two at Reading was class and would love to see that on the pyramid

Could definitely see him subbing in 2019, would be very up for him on the pyramid

    Arcade Fire

Been looking for the full set somewhere online for ages! Seen them on this tour and thought they were brilliant. My young stupid self missed them for Kaiser chiefs of all people back in 2014. Do you mind me asking if you could send a link to the full set?

    2019 Headliners

Kind of an unrelated post but do you think we'd ever get to the point where Glastonbury would consider using co-headliners? Or is Glastonbury such a big draw that they'd always be able to attract 'big' headliners. Maybe the reputation of Glasto would allow it to take a risk of giving an outright headline spot to someone who would be considered a co headliner at somewhere like reading

    Arcade Fire

Does anyone know where I could watch the full 2014 Glastonbury set? Had a look on YouTube but they didn't have the full set

    2019 Headliners

Got to agree with this, The 1975 would be far from my pick of headliners but if you look into their past two albums there are some hidden gems in there. I think bumping The 1975 as headliners would be a good move on behalf of Glasto. Feel like they can take a bit of a risk after 6 fairly huge bookings in the past 2 years

    2019 Headliners

Would Glastonbury be interested in Kings of Leon anymore? Unless the R+L show is just a one off I'm guessing they'e going to have a new album out by Glasto 2019, wouldn't be a popular choice on here but still a headliner sized act I'd say. My early prediction would be Arctic Monkeys, Kings of Leon and either Madonna or Fleetwood Mac

    Album of the Year 2017

Putting this list together made me realise how good 2017 was for music and how good the Glastonbury line up was. 1 - The XX - I See You 2 - Royal Blood - How Did We Get So Dark? 3 - Alt-j - Relaxer 4 - Stormzy - Gang Sign & Prayers 5 - Liam Gallagher - As You Were 6 - The National - Sleep Well Beast 7 - Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds - Who Built the Moon? 8 - Kendrick Lamar - DAMN 9 - Circa Waves - Different Creatures 10 - U2 - Songs of Experience

    Future headliners

During Circa Waves' set, the lead singer said that they would be back and headlining in the future. Does anyone think they could make the step up (admittedly it would have to be after at least another 2 albums)? I just can't see it myself. Maybe a reading headliner eventually
