Where are the slots this year, 2-3 on Sunday at John Peel. Anywhere else?

That's it for the 5 poster stages.C eleste still needs replacing, so keep watch of that

The fact that Glasto has the ability to pull in the likes of Foals, Killers etc. for a secret set is just nuts to me as a first timer.

I'd sell my soul for it to be AM but I think if it were between them and The 1975 the latter would be more likely.

I think both bands are in a similar position of needing to kickstart their UK popularity again (IK AM are and always will be massively popular but they've somewhat sunk into the shadows). Whichever one does it headlines in 2023 imo.

After having the libertines show up as a surprise act last minute, when I didn't even know they had reformed has now left me thinking anything's possible. Except Daft Punk

No chance. Think the dream of him being at the festival this year is dead (unless he comes out as a guest wig somebody - Billie perhaps)

It’s very sad but I guess he was too big to play and not headline.

I wonder if he kept the Friday free if Billie would cancel or whatever. Maybe he’s being kept as a reserve?

    • SFA next year was my thinking too, they seem to be doing every other festival bar GM this year which seems odd, so I suspected it would either be a secret SFA headliner this year or something big for 2027. We'll see though!
    • https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/ckgdm008emro   Knebworth licence granted and until 3am also:   “The licence allows events for up to 125,000 people, with live music and dance performances permitted until 03:00.”
    • But but but Coachella, have a day off mate. It probably does drive them insane like the blood orange round stage you mentioned it stayed up the entire day so if you wanted to see anyone in that tent you had a massive area in the centre where you couldn’t stand. Its not unusual to want to have as much space for people as possible in the field
