New festival done by Festival Republic in Gunnersbury Park. Because what London needs is another metropolitan festival.

Calling it Gunnersville when it’s in Gunnersbury Park is just begging for confusion. Why have they done that?

Just had a look on Wikipedia and according to that, it means they’re playing 33 songs. Seems a bit much.

I'm not a fan of them myself, but I'd prefer that to going to a festival and then the headliner only plays for an hour

Considering there are still bands to announce, that YMAS day is already well worth the £36.

Anyone got any info on how many stages there are, or what the capacity is?

Citadel is 25,000, but as Gunnersville is tented I'm guessing it's smaller.

Could be tempted by The Specials day, I really don't give fuck about Ocean Colour Scene tho, but I did notice the other days have £35ish and more to be announced tags on them whilst that day doesn't.

The first half of that YMAS set would be golden. 

Also, I have no idea who Ocean Colour Scene are but I do know that I have seen their albums in every single charity shop CD section I have ever flicked through. Ever.

I don’t think Festival Republic have ever done anything like that.

They did flood Viagogo with cheap R&L tixs once just so they could say it was sold out or something like that, after they were caught they then publicly renounced Viagogo.

Is this going to be a nightmare to get to and from? Wasn't Citadel really bad last year, I'm tempted to do this but don't want to have to worry about transport etc.

Gunnersville confirmed on Twitter it's all going to be one stage.

Booked up for the Doves day - £40 seems a reasonable price now they've added Badly Drawn Boy and Echo and the Bunnymen.

I think the plus special guests are for Jimmy Eat World and Ocean Colour scene. Big bands tend to like a bit of ego polishing when they're supporting.
