I was there ages ago so it may have changed since but it looks like a ballroom, it’s 200ish people sized and there was nothing on tap so it’s all bottled beer.

Apparently about 400 for standing gigs, be a lot smaller for a distanced event. It is a ballroom, and all cans/bottles. Last gig I went to before all of this was there... The Hold Steady.

Seems to be a few socially distanced gigs coming up now, Yes in Manchester announced two more today. Distanced, numbered seats, drinks orders via the App. I’m tempted, but in truth no one I’d consider seeing in normal times, have to see how desperate I am...

Been struggling for Christmas present ideas for the girlfriend so that Blondie/Garbage tour might have been announced at just the right time! Just hope she doesn’t mind waiting 11 months for her present to actually be of use...

I got the Bring Me The Horizon tickets. About £50 including fees, which I think the last tour was. What an andrenaline rush that was - not felt it since february!

I had an even bigger rush than T-Day itself earlier... Managed to get my kids a spot to see Father Christmas at the local garden centre. Those things were like gold dust and went immediately.

Honestly, going to garden centres when they have all the Christmas set up is one of my favourite things 🤩 .. I'm a bit big to see Father Christmas now (apparently  ) but i love it!!
