Big fan of this idea that Paul McCartney pulling out and being replaced by The Strokes in a year where all major festivals have weak headliners is ridiculous but the idea they've grabbed Fleetwood Mac/Madonna/Stevie Wonder out of nowhere to replace him is realistic.

We spend a lot of time discussing who will be on the Pyramid whilst saying we'd rather be somewhere else. Anyhoo, I've yet to see a Pyramid headliner for more than 2 songs before I dash to something infinitely more interesting dahling. 

I'm still on the Gaga train. I'm a huge convert, I used to loathe her but I just think she's the bee's knees now. So please be Gaga.

There was a glimmer of hope a few years back when Neil mentioned he’d heard a Daft Punk rumour. 

Said rumour was quashed pretty sharpish though and the dream remained a dream. 

Anyway can’t be them this year as I don’t have a ticket.

Maybe she’ll walk off after ten songs, and then Emily has to stick $500k in the meter for her to come back and do another one.

If it’s her, they should put her fee on the screens as a countdown that starts the second her set begins. It’ll give people something to be interested in when she plays anything from 2000 onwards.

Madge would be great, given her relatively low profile of late what better place to relaunch your career with a two hour trip down memory lane in front of millions who you can slip a new tune or two out too.

As much fun as this would be, I just don't believe it will happen.
