They've pretty much not been doing Silent Alarm in full at any of their other festival bookings, though. Would be surprised if it's too much different to this, give or take a couple of changes. This was an hour set.

It's very, very rare that a band gets booked by Glasto on an "album in full" basis.

I was at Example right in the middle (not front) last year and it was comfortably busy there. As usual, if you're in the crust you're in the crush.

That's not true this year. It's full band with TBC guests on vocals.

Not if they played Hot Fuss in full, which at the moment they are only doing at a Vegas residency.

Quite a few popular, established acts weren't on the first poster last year, like Courteeners in Woodsies. So no reason James wouldn't be added along similar lines.

More likely that the adds will mainly be male acts because of the desire to make the initial poster an equal split.

The main poster only included acts on the main 5 stages, even without the split laid out.

As soon as The Prodigy couldn't make the first two lines of Reading & Leeds I said on here their stock has clearly dropped so probably wouldn't be seen as Other headline level anymore.

Got to Example an hour before last year and there was loads of space at the time. We'll plan to repeat that.

Glade wasn't big enough for Example's low grade current incarnation. It won't be big enough for Faithless even with no Maxi.

She played twice last year as Faithless - Glade and Stonebridge.

For comparison, I only saw 5 acts on the first poster last year. Ended up with a packed schedule in the end with few gaps. Arctic Monkeys Elton John Leftfield Manics Texas From this poster I'd definitely see (just what I'd defo go to without clashes) Paul Heaton TDCC Bloc Party TLDP Nothing But Thieves Confidence Man Dexys And might as well add in Avril Lavigne for a laugh 😂 So 3 more acts, just not really a wow factor for my tastes and no headliner. And of course you find things from the Spotify research.
