Pearl Jam are extremely underrated throughout their career in my opinion, at least in this country.  I think it would be amazing to see them grace that stage, I'd love it to happen one day.

 

I guarantee that Eddie Vedder would love the place as well.  We all love it when an act 'gets it'.

Saw them at Werchter a couple years back and was completely blown away, that on the pyramid really would be something special

Some of my team would be keen to see them there and I think I've now made a solemn if drunken vow to go along to give them the benefit of the doubt were they ever to play.

So I hope not.

Saw them at Isle of Wight in 2012 I think it was. Was a blinding night.

 

Sadly, i can't see them being announced in February and it going down too well with the masses.

 

If somebody wants to start a petition to get them on board I'll be glad to sign it!

Yes! I would love to see Pearl Jam at Glastonbury. "Ten" remains in my top three albums of all time. Vs is a work of genius too.

Would be a great booking, well deserved reputation as one of the best live acts in the world, a solid group of songs that nearly everyone knows, known for doing big covers and having special guests.

 

I do wonder if the shadow of Roskilde might rule them out, despite not being the bands fault. It certainly seemed to have quite an impact on Michael at the time, though I guess lately they have started to book 'heavier' bands again so maybe those concerns have been put to rest.

This would be amazing. A truly great band that a HUGE swathe of Glastonbury will have grown up with - done right it has potential to be a truly legendary headline act
