Headliners 2015

I had a dream last night that Roger Waters and Dave Gilmour were announced as headliners. I also dreamt that there were no programmes available, you never knew who was on when and the whole festival was happening in a giant swimming baths, so you can't take it too seriously.

It would still be better than Coldplay.

There's also not much to suggest Swift is headlining. I can't remember Neil's exact quote but it didn't really suggest she was headlining did it?

The reality is we don't have any info on anything. It's a frustrating, beautiful position in which anything is possible but the outcome will probably be anticlimactic. Look at Coldplay - literally nobody here was talking about them and now they're a dead cert (if they're not an elaborate cover for *rince). Anything could happen but next month all wil be revealed. Surely. Exciting times!

On the topic of festival dreams, my brother dreamt in 2012 that the Leeds headliners were Bloc Party, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Foo Fighters ft. Eddie Vedder.

The other night there was a small sequence in a larger dream which involved the Latitude line-up being announced, first two headliners were Alt-J and Paulo Nutini, as expected, but the third one turned out not to be Portishead, but Hozier. Horrifying, it was.
