I have it on authority from the man himself that Fatboy Slim will be playing five times over the weekend. Three have been announced.

I'm thinking that one of them is the slot before Idris Elba on Greenpeace but that's just a guess.

There is a mysterious TBA 45min random slot on Sat at Summer House stage 00.15-1.00am…

I noticed he's on Lonely Hearts Club, along with Rudimental and Camelphat. It'll be interesting to see how that goes unless the area is a bit bigger. Seems a bit strange to have announced acts that big on the path into the dance area. Surprised this isn't a TBA

Yeah I'm a bit worried about how busy these might be, as looks like I'm going to be trying to watch Camelphat, at least, aiming to get there early and watch FBS I reckon. He doesn't disappoint

I reckon that 35 minute set could be the theatre and circus show they have planned for the opening ceremony. It's the only thing that fits both a long set up and shortish act.

"That same evening, the Pyramid Stage arena will welcome a stunning Theatre & Circus show for the first time since 1990. Look To The Skies will present a breathtaking aerial odyssey, with highwire walkers, acrobats and incredible circus performances"

On the new app, DJ XXYZ seems to have a Four Tet description (from his Tree stage slot) pasted in by mistake... does this mean he's doing this slot?

Four Tet posted on Instagram yesterday he's playing 4 sets - Tree stage, Woodsies, Sunflower soundsystem & Arcadia

Ah so probably just an error on the app's part.

Still hoping that this is Jamie xx!

Wonder if Thom Yorke will turn up in some way with Modeselektor at IICON?

They have a 2hr45 set from 10.15 on Saturday which is long even by IICONs standard.

I don't think Thom Yorke will be especially welcome going by the comments on his recent statement.

Not welcome, by whom?

I'd presume if Thom either by himself or in his Radiohead or Smile incarnations made an appearance he would be one of the most popular potential special guests or secret sets out there.

Friday Pyramid TBA  - the long set-up, the very short set time.

Is this a Gaga & Bradley Cooper at Coachella scenario?

Are we filming something??

That was one of my guesses, that the stage and crowd is being used for a film. Would have to be someone with Glastonbury connections or a massive star that people would love to see.

My other guess is that it's a politician but that wouldn't need the set up time. Normally you can put them on between acts. There is a lot going on in the world and giving over some time to someone like Warchild would be good (that could include music).

    • A question has crossed my (questionable) mind;   Has the size of the Green Fields remained the same as other areas have expanded / been added on to, since say, 2014 (the last time that I attended)? Are they 'lost' within, or well attended?    That's actually two questions. The second one just slipped in at the end by taking advantage of my lack of means to stop it.
    • I'd say the same about Kylie.    Annie would be awesome, Duran not so much, and on the issue of them wanting a beanie slot, that probably rules out a fair few others who I think would fit the bill very well... and are legitimately more entitled to a headline, and/or too expensive.   Was just about to suggest Chaka Khan, but see @Gnomicide has beat me to it!    What about someone like Bryan Ferry?
