The Friday Pyramid TBA is only 35 minutes long? Intriguing.

Friday Tba is prob gonna be Sheeran on either slot. Woodsies makes even more sense because Myles Smith is his support act on Sheeran's tour. So putting them both early and b2b lets them both get off the farm and head to Europe together. I am really wondering if theyre gonna fix the typo. The set up time for a 35 min set is not gonna be justified unless its to allow for lots of people to show up

Highly doubt they put Ed Sheeran in the tent at that time of day. Way too silly. Think those days are over.

Yeah it worked at Big Weekend because it only came out that morning, hardly anyone arrives that early to a day festival and as a backup they had a clear path that they could just shut off (and they did, way before it got uncomfortably busy, which Glastonbury should take note of)

Sorry I realise this is likely a dumb question, I've not been in to Glasto since we really got smartphones!

 

Are these 'secret sets' in anyway announced? Does the app update and add them or is it a case of checking my phone for thread updates or rumours.. or just wandering to the stage and seeing what happens? Ta

Oh good spot! There had also been speculation it could be a band with links to Thanet (Libertines had a hotel there now an events space). Any link from that producer to Libertines?

That wild speculation came from people googling "Thanet, notable people" and nothing more than that.
