I think Sir Paul is just dumping a big heap of reality on us. Can't see there being much need of a replacement, let's hope he's up for doing it in 2022.

Yes, I agree. The one and only similarity between me and Sir Paul is that our clocks are ticking and we want to take every opportunity to get to Glasto that’s possible! So until it’s off, it’s on. 😁

Macca has said that he doesn’t see it going ahead but if he’s given reassurances that it is going to happen safely then there’s no reason why he wouldn’t do it. He said “it’s not in my calendar” but I doubt anything is right now.

Sounds to me like he’s waiting to see what happens.

Macca actually said " Glastonbury's been cancelled" and the presenter butted in saying "That's not official yet".
