No posts for 19 hours. Lineup announced today at 6pm then?

Honestly there isn't much point reading this thread. Good info gets buried under pages and pages of wild speculation and baseless conjecture. Any rumours with a bit of meat on them get added to the rumour page so I just check that regularily instead.

This forum is built on wild speculation and baseless conjecture.

We think we have the three headliners now anyway. If you're checking this thread for band information, that's missing the point.

Lads and ladies, just to put a slight spin on things but doesn't this happen every year. We're all sat ever so slightly despondent on the lacklustreness of the predicted headliners then BAM Glastonbury does something from leftfield (not the tent) and announces something unexpected or have I got rose tinted glasses?

I'm a dreamer. For me the dream is still alive.

La la ooh la laa ga ga ooh la laaa

I so read that in a Livin' Joy way, the unexpected nature of which made it a great moment btw!

I'm in Gaga camp too, would make my year.

I'm with you, I'm still not convinced by the Killers rumours

    • Primavera refunding day tickets which are probably a negligible percentage of attendees yesterday.
    • Thursday day tickets being refunded. Fair play.
    • I’ve had a good sleep and I feel weirdly zen about the whole thing.   My first Primavera, so not the greatest first impression. I guess today couldn’t be any worse, right?   Thoroughly enjoyed Men I Trust and Geese. Cupra is a beautiful stage and the crowd seemed fun, friendly and engaged.   I think it probably could have gone even worse, considering how dangerous the crowding felt at times.   Anyway, we go again.
    • Brighton centre is a weird old venue for the Mary Wallopers - a great band, a really good live spectacle, and its a saturday night as well which sets it all up - but its at the bloody Centre? a charmless nonsense of a conference centre? Brighton dome is a ten min walk away and is so much nicer a place to see bands its ridiculous!    ah well, i'll probably mosy along anyways . . .
    • So bad honestly. I get that bad weather happens but their communication was non existent. When you're managing crowds of tens of thousands of people, it's just not good enough. I left when Massive Attack was cancelled (the first time) and it genuinely did feel unsafe trying to get out. No one knew what was going on, people still sitting in the ground when there were hoards of people trying to leave, no crowd management at all...   I've been to PS enough times to know sometimes you need to just roll with it but this was way worse than "the bar queue was 30 minutes long".    Today will be better but still feel super disappointed.
