AM look very likely.

Elton/Dua Lipa/GnR/Eminem/Rhianna all mentioned as possibilities for the other two but nobody really knows mych for sure

I'm alright with that selection.  Something for everybody there, nice mix of heritage, big stadium  and more current artists.

Elton will be an entertaining sing a long if nothing else.  His voice may be gone like a candle in the wind but it won't matter when there's 50 - 100k people belting out tiny dancer

I watched ELO from the back of the field, by the trees for some shelter. I was cold , wet and exhausted. On my mind was the forthcoming trek to the park for St Ettienne.
Fair play, ELO had some heavy lifting to do to create a crazy party that day.

You got the tree? We managed to get the bench close to the ice cream van, sat through Ellie Goulding and then moved up the field to see Beck and Coldplay. Wet but a great evening.

Yeah it came in together, Neil saying Billie headlining Friday and QoTSA against her on the other. Which in the end was Foals when QoTSA pulled out their tour, but they were never officially announced.

Billie had been actually confirmed by now. DiRo too I think

Been looking at post history and he got the killers 2 months early (was it common knowledge in 2019?). Lots of TRNSMT info too for 2019

Liam Gallagher is definitely big enough love him or hate him, few artists could do 2 knebworth shows alongside a schedule of pretty excessive touring

Yep. Would no doubt be a surprise, but he is doing some big live shows out there. If the info that others have backed out is true it could be feasible but could only really see it happening on that basis with him playing so recently. I don't suspect Liam would need to be asked twice either.

He's headlining.

Two people have backed out apparently, so I've heard.

I assume it's Taylor and Elton.

Gobsmacked if this is true.  I will DEFINITELY not be there.  Even if the music wasn't bland by the numbers indie landfill bullshit, he's such a massive tool that I can't even think about him without getting wound up.

There is a long long fucking list of available acts to headline Glastonbury before you get to "Liam Gallagher", who is also no longer allowed to even play Oasis tunes at his gigs.

So 10 out of 16 songs at his last gig were oasis…. So yeah, unless that’s changed in the last day!
