Ah yes, a recently'ish laid patio using silver grey sandstone paving with a suitably matched pointing compound. That lawn's going to take off in the next few weeks also, hope you have yourself a lawn mower!

Definitely. The weather itself in 2016 wasn't that terrible but the build up was horrendous. 

Seeing  videos of rivers of water flowing underneath the ground which more resembled a water bed than a field still makes me shudder.

Our job is to counteract his doom and gloom. I predict the weather will be perfect. Not too hot, not too cold and with just a couple of tiny showers when people are asleep enough to prevent the site from being a dust bowl.
