That's my thinking behind it. The whole "female non-British" is the closest we've got to a clue on anything really, so I'd expect them to follow that up before anything else comes out.

The other one was Outcast. No-one knows why.

Apart from that, there have been 2 other announcements in November. 1 headliner (U2) and 1 Sunday Tea Time slot (Lionel).
