2019 TICKET CHAT

Crashed at payment screen for one of our group.  I got through in last few minutes and says tickets been purchased for all 6 in group.  No email and no confirmation screen but money pending on my bank card.

Are we safe?  Still bricking it

29 of us trying. Managed to get everyone sorted..... looking at the horror stories on here, I appreciate how lucky we are.

Gutted for all that didn't make it. Especially the regulars on here who live and breath it!!

Well that was absolute carnage. Had the hold screen over and over again and when I got to the booking screen, the payment page kept timing out and crashing, so I kept hitting back and trying again. I must have been doing that for about five minutes. So tense!

Eventually, someone else got tickets for my group and I had the pleasure of getting tickets for another.

So, I'm over the moon to be going back to the farm, but that felt even more brutal than usual.

Well that was incredible maddening. Even more so after getting through on Thursday and not being allocated a coach!

I'd much rather they just did a lottery so you know whether you get them or not straight away.

Are the tipi tickets sold separately?

Busy pages all round, was trying on a desktop wired in and laptop tethering off the phone. Page would not even load on the phone itself.

Congrats to all that got through, you'll have a bangin' time. (Secret?) resales it is then.

That was brutal, one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Got straight through at 09.01 for mates, entered the reg numbers and it crashed. Couldn’t get back in.

Got in early. Refreshing like mad. Got tickets for my group of six...4 people through this forum @Zoo Music Girl and friends, then went back in and bought two more for random choice for @august1 and friend. What a morning.

Could have bought more...but wasted time on someone who had a wrong post code for one member of the group, so I ditched the whole group.

I got though quite early and clicked the proceed button for the payment and it wouldn't work. Did anyone else have this?

 

Thought my luck was out but in a panic just kept clicking and it went through!

Not a sniff as usual. 2011 last year I got tickets in October without any backdoor server shenanigans. First year I’m debating whether to try in the resale or festival abroad. Or even just a holiday.

You really need to be part of a big group. Everyone I hear about getting tickets was part of a group of 20+ There was 18 in our group and the same guy got 3 groups of 6 tickets.

Sorry to everyone who missed out. Using Chrome on wifi,  confirmation received 9.15am. I pressed F5 very 2-3 seconds

That was brutal. Couldn’t get past holding page but luckily my friend did. Unlucky to those that didn’t get a ticket

Proposed solutions: ballot 50% of the tickets. Block successful registrations the next year so people can't go two years in a row (let alone 10). Priority scheme for efesters. Blah blah blah.

Failed

Three different machines on different IPs, one machine never saw a holding page. Got the holding page on the other two until about 09:15 and then nothing at all until sold out.

Gutted.

Thats fine, the emails can taken several hours to come through. If the money has come account then you are OK, the payment and the booking has been completed. Congrats!

Got tickets, but 2 out of our 4 groups missed out. Delighted obviously, but it feels strange to have so many people miss out.

Anyone know roughly how many tickets usually go back up for the resale?

For future attempts...when you have the white screen where it says this page cannot be loaded from the previous attempt, but it's still ticking over....do you wait until it's finished before refreshing?

Smoothest it's been for me yet. Don't think I have ever actually gotten tickets in the regular sale before.

My 8 year run has come to an end. Oh well. Hope everyone who got one has a blast. Not sure if I will try again in April as may have other Summer plans arranged by then.

Had one computer, with one tab on Mac for Chrome and one for Safari. Tried Firefox a few times but that almost never even got the holding page with that browser. Chrome and Safari got the holding page almost every time apart for 2 or 3 brief spells where it wouldn't load (happened more on Chrome than Safari).

Got through to booking page at 9.32am, inputed reg numbers, clicked on proceed only to get message "deposits unavailable at this time" or something, panicked it had sold out, but just kept clicking on the back icon on the browser, then proceed again. After several attempts it finally took me to the payment screen. What was going on there? Was that common?
