Tour Announcements & Upcoming Gigs

Yeah, fair. It’s the only one I’ve been to and the only one that’s massively appealed. But what I’m getting at is that because they’re doing these, they’re ready to play a mixed set including their other biggest songs and wouldn’t need to be considered/billed as an anniversary set like @Hugh Jass said. Out of interest, do other festivals tend to have sets billed as anniversary ones? Not sure I’ve seen one.

Def Leppard are headlining Download this year playing Hysteria in full. A google search suggests it happens a bit (The National, Metallica, The Offspring). Just feels less likely a band would turn up at G if on an "album in full" promo tour, even playing a different set.

The Cinematic Orchestra have been announced to play in Bristol on the Sunday night as part of Bristol Sounds.

With a new album out I guess there is a chance they could make the farm?

Definitely need to see Black Honey, only recently heard of them but love their stuff.

Well they half confirmed to me on Twitter, so should be ok!

The Who headlining Wembley July 6th. Support from Eddie Vedder - and the Kaiser Chiefs, so I guess they will be stinking up a corner of the farm at some point?

They seem to do it every time there’s a new album. And I think there is one this year.

(more?) UK dates for Eels on their way including Southampton in August. Glad tickets are out the other side of payday.

Every day I love them less and less.

No pun intended.

Would love to see them at Glasto as i never have. Makes them most likely for Green Man would you think? Also both gigs are out the way for me midweek, hoping they announce some dates on a weekend.

Any chance of Eddie? Could see him third down on the Pyramid.
