"Really big secret"

Emily also says in that interview that "I'm just pleased we've managed to keep it secret for this long. We've had it for about six months."

As an aside, if it doesn't turn out to be Gaga, it'll be interesting to know why she dropped out of the picture as in that late October NME interview, it was hinted she was in the frame when she said "I don’t have permission to say anything about that" when asked about Glastonbury.

As another aside, late October to early May is about 6 months.

Odd one this, she's making it out to be a pretty big one

The Stone Roses is an odd one, by all accounts the offer was there for the headline slot and it didn't happen for whatever reason, more than likely money and/or TV coverage so I find it hard to believe it would be them. I doubt certain members of the band would be able to keep their mouth shut as well. But on the flip side.. they don't have a UK festival date this year and 'secret set' could potentially eliminate the TV coverage factor so who knows. This year is/was almost certainly their last chance to do it as well

Gorillaz would be my guess at this point but who knows

yup, I was wondering if this 'secret' act might be in that same slot.

BUT ... part of why that was a secret last year is because it was a late booking.

however, i've had what I believe is excellent info for the Other headliners, with BBK on Sunday.

Neil, you been doing any digging since this article came out this morning?

They are building the monorail ?

The clues are all coming together now ... extra slope in southeast corner area ( for disabled access to platform ) hardcore being put down on railway track .... webcam being turned off at night ( best time for network rail to work )  is it not obvious to everyone ?

Ben, Ben, Ben.... that's not the spirit. You need to suggest an entirely implausible suggestion which we then get irrationally convinced is definitely playing, setting our expectations so high that we are crushingly disappointed when The Kooks are announced.

I missed a memo.

Applogies from a shamed boy.

The greatest TV show in the entire history of the medium.

I had never seen it until recently, have binge watched almost the entire thing over the last month or so, just about to start the final series.

It's good, very good, but The Wire is better IMO.

And The Simpsons is still the greatest TV show in the history of the medium.

    • wombats have been doing that and selling quite well, couple of really strong support acts could make it work.
    • Yes. September still a very long away, keep the faith.
    • With Di Artze doing Nova Rock next year, if Foos are there too I think that puts pay to SOAD. I would think they would get SOAD if they could rather than Di Arte again 3 years later.
