Maybe Beat Hotel 2.0 😣😭

He's pretty massive right now, Stonebridge would be way too small.

Maybe IICON could handle his crowd

IICON i reckon.

where’s prospa as well 🙂

Not sure why there's a debate with headliners. The website tells us:

..." from headline artists such as Fatboy Slim, Overmono, Kojey Radical, HAAi, Romy, Arrdee, Batu, Avalon Emerson, Optimo, Nia Archives, Mura Masa, TSHA and Hybrid Minds"

Hmm from that list I’d say Fatboy, Arrdee and Mura Masa from that.

Yeah noticed Prospa [Live] is definitely missing, IICON would be insane.

With no Orbital which having been told what I was and from where it came from has surprised me, who are the headliners aside from Fatboy Slim then?!

Kojey Radical perhaps? At Bluedot he's the third name down on the Friday, below Groove Armada and Spiritualized. For the full poster he's the 7th  name down. So it's not like he's some nobody

A thousand apologies, I never even knew that event existed. I knew there were a couple Tribal Gatherings but thought there was only one Big Love

No worries - The latter Universe events were backed by Mean Fiddler, so some argue that they were not as hedonistic as the first ones, but I still loved them.

I think there were four Tribals in the UK - and one in Germany (1994) if I recall.

    • Orbital opening the Other stage is a bold choice!
    • Great start for them
    • Thanks so much - that's very helpful. Someone else mentioned getting a train from Loughborough to East Midlands Parkway, and then a festival shuttle from there to the site. I think they were then going to come back on the Skylink Derby to Loughborough - I assume this is because the trains don't run as late as the Skylink, otherwise they would just come back the same way they came?! Is the transport hub a long way from the main stage? Just wondering what time I would need to leave Linkin Park to be sure of getting a shuttle. As I say, I am sure it will all be clear on the day, even after a few beers! Just hope the rain stays away...
    • I really don't think they would put Olivia Rodrigo on Occident stage. If it was her, they would put her in earlier Mordor slot and move Big Thief or Little Simz to Occident.   Fontaines DC are more probable, but don't really match the hype. However, again, if the hype was real, the artist would end up in Mordor.   That being said, I would love to see Fontaines DC tonight.
    • After all the good advice on here I had a nice visit to the site earlier in the week.    Walked down from Pilton village to Hitchen Hill and down the footpath to the Wood by Woodies.    Really strange seeing the site empty of 100,000 people. There is far more hedges and woodland on the site than you remember when the festival is on. Can see the stone circle and some structures still up on site. And looks like Worthy View has some camping going on there during the summer too.   Lots was fenced off with electric fencing to help wth the cattle grazing. Is really amazing how they set up the site as its hard enough accessing the area by car and foot nevermind all the kit needed to set the festival up. As others said you can't walk the whole site but nice to see the site again after a few years away   Pilton is also a lovely village with a nice village hall shop and post office attached, and got to speak to some locals who told me a few tales of past festivals down the years. One house for sale there would be lovely to live in - if only I had £2 million going spare
