Gig at my local tonight (NYE) was a proper happening.

Roger Waters (both nights) at London 02 is one of the greatest shows ever put together imo. First night has the edge as they toned down some of the content for the second (goodbye dictators uniform, crossed hammer banners and realistic machine gun prop (thanks ADL)).

Edit: All of Glastonbury obviously. Stand out being GnR followed by Steve Hillage. Axl > Reg.

The Anti Nowhere League at Dover Booking Hall. One of the great punk bands in a great intimate venue.

Edit (again): Yeah forgot The Hives. Also Generation Sex.

Not a top ten I l know. Unless you count every weekend I can supporting local bands and Glasto I don't go to that many gigs. Sure I've must've been to some comedy gigs at The Marlowe in Canterbury this year but nothing's springing to mind at the moment. Got three gigs in the next three months lined up there for this year.

Was also at the barn for Xavier Rudd and Fred. Easily the best festival atmosphere I've ever experienced.
