Considering that Melvin is involved with both fests he probably knows it wouldve been announced before or after and didnt seem too bothered with picking March 1 as the announce date. Its not as if Latitude wont get their ticket sales after the poster is announced one way or another.

You can actually still get a refund once you have paid the balance anyway, I think it’s normally up to about May (happy to stand corrected on dates) so I’m not sure I buy the get people to pay in case they don’t like the lineup argument, although saying that I guess they don’t really advertise the refund point

I don't reckon they'd tease out a Latitude announcement like that. They wouldn't have a photoshoot for it at any rate.

I was of the understanding that Foals were rumoured for Wilderness - so if that's correct then it'd make Latitude very unlikely given the target markets overlap a bit.

Yeah Foals is the album - just seen those photos. Florence and Foals for Latitude would be pretty strong honestly

Its mostly djs and small names (nothing main stage even). I’m pretty set on Wednesday atm
