Impossible to choose.

I had this recollection of seeing them do a TV performance. They just walked on carrying their gear and little VOX amps, plugged everything in, played Losing my Religion, Half a World Away and Belong, never said a word, collected the kit and walked off. I've tried to find the performance on You Tube and I think it must be this one, it's not quite as I remember it but that's probably my memory. Anyway, it was the first time I'd heard anything from the album and I fell in love with it then and it remains one of my favourite albums.

I'd followed them since I heard the first album - Murmur, still one of my favourites.

And before anybody says anything, I'm old enough to have lots of favourite albums.

Pulp have done far more legendary sets at the farm than REM. A disgrace.

Was just looking up what other year Pulp headlined other than 95. Look who's in the photo at the top of the article 😀 https://www.somersetlive.co.uk/whats-on/music-nightlife/look-headliners-glastonbury-festival-1970-47265

REM are in my top 5 headliners, I adored both their sets. I only saw a couple of songs of Pulp's 95 set.
