Hope and pray that it works and it's safe. Great news.

If I was a festival owner/organiser, I would be thinking that things are looking good for next year 😊

100% Glastonbury 2021 is happening.

Amazing news!!

Next step is for the Government to produce a very strong and effective marketing campaign to encourage enough people to take the vaccine for it to become effective, as there appears to be a lot of trepidation at this very early stage.

Brilliant... is it officially time for me to start whinging that I don't have a ticket again then?! It worked for me last time (I eventually got a ticket).

There’s always time for whinging about lack of Glastonbury tickets!

What happened to being ready to begin vaccinating people within hours of regulatory approval? Oh wait we don’t actually have any and will only have 800,000 next week and that’s it until after the new year.

yeah, maybe it didn't...only going off Tom Newton Dunn and a few others' tweets...

Not saying you weren’t telling the truth!

I read last night that European countries want to see any deal before it’s agreed as they are fearful that Barnier will cede too much.

Lewis Hamilton should win SPOTY, his achievements alone in that sport are incredible. He’s the best racing driver in the world and in history. When Schumacher retired no one thought his records would be matched and Hamilton has blown past them this season. There an argument that he’s Britain’s best ever sportsmen based on his achievements. He’s also hiding his platform to highlight Black Lives Matter and also the climate too.

We get to find out how much of his performance is down to the car or the driver this weekend and probably the next race too.

If Russell, who is a relative novice in the sport gets Hamiltons car on the podium then you can say a lot is down to the car.

Hamilton has had the best car for the recent titles but F1 has always been that way. He has always had his team mate as a director competitor. Something a certain German made sure he didn’t have to deal with.

    • 👍 plus they brought their own screens 📺 either side of the stage.
    • Production was the only thing that could even explain why she would back out. Like they had sorted out the financials and she was fine with it and then a production meeting happened. It all fell apart. It was very clear that she was not going to compromise her show one bit and then that show in Brazil pretty much confirmed it. There was like one element they couldnt pull off outdoors, but it was negligible since the rest was a carbon copy of the tour she had been on. Glasto is not willing to make any bold changes on the Pyramid stage so then theyre kinda stuck in terms of what some acts want/demand. I think the easiest solution to that is putting her on Friday. You deal with the changes for one night and then re configure for the rest of the weekend. In 24 they were fortunate to have had Dua and Coldplay on Fri and Sat so they could both use the b stage. But I think it was removed for Sunday?     I saw a random rag article earlier that said Olivia Dean turned down Glasto BECAUSE her ex ( not even confirmed dating ) Harry Styles was playing the fest. hahahaha
    • No argument that he’s bigger than ever, I just have no enthusiasm for it.
    • Keep in mind those crowds were full of teenagers. Glasto aint full of teenagers. Theres no way she could demand headline and get it because they got other acts to give the slot to who deserve it with a bigger catalog. Reading/Leeds would headline her cause its still LN.  If the fest was struggling its Other headline. But a 3rd down Pyramid is likely the landing spot. Itll go down like the Camila Cabello performance pretty much.
