I can imagine they will have a massive crowd, maybe even bigger than Queens.

They had huge crowds (for the stage in question) at each of their last three Glastonbury shows so quite possibly. I would say they are a favourite among the Glastonburians and should be quite busy against Billie.

Their last appearance was before the most anticipated Pyramid headliner in years to be fair. Has to be taken into account.

Billie Eilish would slightly have the edge in my Friday planning but very much hoping Friday is Phoebe Bridgers' night.

If Billie - Simz - Foals - Phoebe are clashing in the same night that would be a big nightmare for me 😂 Let her for Saturday/Sunday at least.

Foals with Wolf Alice subbing would give me flashbacks to seeing the pair as Truck Festival headliners. Just needs Two Door Cinema Club under that to complete the set.

Was an awesome few nights that, would happily revisit it on the farm 👌

although the part where I had to carry someone who’d ODd out of the crowd for wolfie will hopefully not be repeated

    • Primavera refunding day tickets which are probably a negligible percentage of attendees yesterday.
    • Thursday day tickets being refunded. Fair play.
    • I’ve had a good sleep and I feel weirdly zen about the whole thing.   My first Primavera, so not the greatest first impression. I guess today couldn’t be any worse, right?   Thoroughly enjoyed Men I Trust and Geese. Cupra is a beautiful stage and the crowd seemed fun, friendly and engaged.   I think it probably could have gone even worse, considering how dangerous the crowding felt at times.   Anyway, we go again.
    • Brighton centre is a weird old venue for the Mary Wallopers - a great band, a really good live spectacle, and its a saturday night as well which sets it all up - but its at the bloody Centre? a charmless nonsense of a conference centre? Brighton dome is a ten min walk away and is so much nicer a place to see bands its ridiculous!    ah well, i'll probably mosy along anyways . . .
    • So bad honestly. I get that bad weather happens but their communication was non existent. When you're managing crowds of tens of thousands of people, it's just not good enough. I left when Massive Attack was cancelled (the first time) and it genuinely did feel unsafe trying to get out. No one knew what was going on, people still sitting in the ground when there were hoards of people trying to leave, no crowd management at all...   I've been to PS enough times to know sometimes you need to just roll with it but this was way worse than "the bar queue was 30 minutes long".    Today will be better but still feel super disappointed.
