Kraftwerk are probably the single most influential act still touring today.  It's a fucking poor state of affairs if they can't play t'Other stage without embarrassing themselves.

Saw them headline Bestival a few years back and they packed out the main field which was about the size of the Other.

Would depend who they're up against but I reckon they'd draw a big crowd, most people will have heard of them and be aware that there aren't many opportunities to see them live.

Kraftwerk’s tours sell out in no-time over here. Not sure how that would translate to Other Stage attendance though as their own audience tends to be primarily 40+ males.

Kraftwerk at Glastonbury would be such a rare opportunity. I think a lot of people recognise how massively influential they are to modern music and would go along. I don't think they would pack the field but it wouldn't be any thinner than New Order or LCD. 

It could easily be one of the all time highlights of the festival if all the variables go in their favour.

Yes I completely agree with this. I think they are iconic and I'd be there in a shot.

The only person alive who’s more influential than Kraftwerk might well be headlining Sunday anyway. Kraftwerk second to only Beatles for influence and importance.

Favourite at one of my previous places was on a Skype call with IT Director.  One of the team went to present a document but forgot to check which tab was open.  Instead of supplier performance stats we were treated to the beautifully intricate spreadsheet he had developed to score the annual mince pie taste test. A glorious moment of silence followed
