Last year I think they announced the date on the 18th September, so maybe a week or so to go.

I need them to go on sale on the 2nd October as I am on a training course in Sheffield on the 8th and 9th and it starts 9.30am (and I won't have interest either!)  each day so I'm doomed if it's that weekend! Can't help but feel my ticket luck is running out this year

See, 9th would be more convenient for me as I don't get my student loan until the 3rd so if it's the 2nd i'm gonna have to use my boyfriends bank details

I'm expecting an announcement very soon myself.

Looking at Efestivals news for last year you can see the sale dates were announced on the 7th, with the date for the suspension of registrations announced on the 18th. On the official Glastonbury site the news for the sale is given with a modified date of the 18th. I suspect they simply updated the original news with the date on which registration was closing, hence the last modified date on the announcement.

So if it was announced on a Monday last year I'm plumping for the same again this year. Tomorrow. :)

And breathe. If feels good having an official announcement. The confirmation of the 2018 fallow year is surely going to add extra tension to those overworked fingers on t day x 2.

yep knowing that missing out means no Glastonbury for two years really makes it all the more nerve racking

Bloody hell, car park passes are £45!

Seems a lot but really its only like £6 a day if you do Tuesday to Monday if that makes you feel any better :)

It's a week later than I expected - not the traditional first Sunday in October as usual.

It does mean that I won't have to get up at 8.30am the day after my husband's bday drinks this year.  Doesn't feel right though... Nervous already.

    • I was so lucky yesterday, disappointed of course not to see Massive Attack, but gorgeous sets from Blood Orange, Caroline, Panda Bear, and Father John Misty was a real highlight. The half of Geese i saw was mint too.   I wanted to see overmono but couldnt hack it anymore.   But now, its Friday, I'm In Love
