I've just spent 30 minutes finalising my clashfinder The day before Glastonbury should be a national holiday for ticket holders.
Glasto Weatherwatch
Met Office update - down to early morning drizzle only on Wed! Aside from that only rain forecast is 40% chance of thundery shower saturday. Cloudy spells also upgraded to sunshine Friday Sat and Sun. Could all change again but this is pretty fucking epic. About 50 mins til the latest satellite image drops and we can see what that tiny, tiny, thin sliver of cloud is going to do. Honestly situation is not nearly as grim as some are painting it at all; There is NO significant rain baring cloud that can reach the site for several days. The cloud overnight/this morning was about 4 times the volume of what is heading in from the SW and depending on the competing fronts it might still just head over the channel and piss on french chips. The Met Office app's rainfall video has that slither of rain passing up into Wales before it reaches the Pilton area, maybe hitting Bristol. We might catch the edge of it, but it'll only be light if it does (in my very limited opinion).

Walking boots being laced up tight always feel more secure as me.less likly to be pulled off by sticky goop and the soles are often gripper as well so less chance of falling over I took wellys my first time in 2013 never wore them and never taken any sincein.... 2014/15 got by fine with boots despite the mud(esp in 14) This. Muchly.

StevieGed
BBC reporting terrible news, that poor man died after being burnt only the other day at G. Awfully upsetting, and here we are worrying about a bit of rain, really puts things into perpesctive. RIP mate, it really is sickening news. Nobody Interesting
Great news. The Daily Star online says it is going to be a muddy washout (I won't grace this site with the link to such a publication). Given their record on such matters..................
