The orange Hi-Viz is putting me off hitting play. That and the fact he seems to be blocking my view of the Pyramid Stage.

Just imagine, he has a YouTube channel that's just him delivering stuff. The world's gone mad.

Fuck me, my YouTube glitched, I clicked back on it, watched for a bit...

...and I’ve just watched 5 minutes of a different video of him delivering fucking sand or something to a fucking Wickes.

Cheers Gnomy. Golden.

If you're THAT interested, this bloke has an hour plus video of him making a delivery to Worthy Farm.

Obviously I'm not that interested but he doesn't get there until 20 minutes in.

I am so watching this later! Love it.

Me too!

I always wanted to be a truck driver, but I'll settle for watching this instead.

Yep, I can't drive, so watching this video helps me imagine what it must be like!

The truck driver even has a bed immediately behind him in case he gets tired- why can't all work places have these?!

This is the best video ever posted on these boards- it's letting us all live the life of a trucker

A little bit more blue sky over the site this morning although there's still some ominous looking clouds about... I know the build is supposed to be ahead of schedule but there seems to be so much to do at the moment. It's going to get very busy all of a sudden very soon surely?

Loving this video, one for the connoisseurs. I will be putting aside an hour this evening to watch in full.

I remember a fair few years ago being stuck in the queues to get in before Street, proper engine off, sitting on the bonnet of the car traffic, and a trucker walked up to us and asked what was going on with the traffic. Turns out his office hadn't given him any forewarning of the festival and he was absolutely raging.

    • I really don't think they would put Olivia Rodrigo on Occident stage. If it was her, they would put her in earlier Mordor slot and move Big Thief or Little Simz to Occident.   Fontaines DC are more probable, but don't really match the hype. However, again, if the hype was real, the artist would end up in Mordor.   That being said, I would love to see Fontaines DC tonight.
    • After all the good advice on here I had a nice visit to the site earlier in the week.    Walked down from Pilton village to Hitchen Hill and down the footpath to the Wood by Woodies.    Really strange seeing the site empty of 100,000 people. There is far more hedges and woodland on the site than you remember when the festival is on. Can see the stone circle and some structures still up on site. And looks like Worthy View has some camping going on there during the summer too.   Lots was fenced off with electric fencing to help wth the cattle grazing. Is really amazing how they set up the site as its hard enough accessing the area by car and foot nevermind all the kit needed to set the festival up. As others said you can't walk the whole site but nice to see the site again after a few years away   Pilton is also a lovely village with a nice village hall shop and post office attached, and got to speak to some locals who told me a few tales of past festivals down the years. One house for sale there would be lovely to live in - if only I had £2 million going spare
    • 6music just shared a video of all of Fontaines DC singing along to the Cure last night. It'll be them. Booooo    Olivia might get up for I Love You though...
    • Proper loser behaviour wearing a tee like that. Me and my mate play a game every year called ‘Boomer Tees’ and there’s some gems every time.
