Real ones walk about with a battered folded up clashfinder in their pocket!

I once ran out of toilet paper and used yesterday’s clashfinder. For that reason I’ll always use the high quality office paper from now on. Definitely better than single ply.

For line up info it makes perfect sense.  The print size in the lanyard is a struggle at the best of times, especially for the smaller stages.

It becomes more and more impossible to read as the day goes on and my vision becomes blurred. And I don't even try reading it after dark!

So +1 for the app from me.

Or just take a pic(s) of the guide with the times and zoom in when wasted to make the text bigger? 🤗

Olives come in glass, not sure what the glastonbury co-op was like but Reading, Latitude and IOW have all had bare essentials - certainly no olives. Hardly worth the hassle of moving them to plastic for such a niche item

Get em in cans and plastic pots too. But frankly this is the first time I’ve ever wondered about olive logistics

Haha I think the first time I took a proper phone to a festival was when they fucked up the timings on the day in 2015 and shifted Motörhead to clash with Run the Jewels. Would’ve been fuming if I turned up with my paper clashfinder to find that they weren’t even on.

That storm was wild, though. All I had to see after it was Elbow and Arcade Fire so thankfully could just park at the Pyramid and not have to worry about changing timeslots or anything.

We didn’t move either 😂

Not the co-op branded ones they sell - hardly worth it for 1 shop 5 days a year

To me olives are similar to slugs, head lice and experimental jazz.  I just can’t see the point of them.  Not a fan of them though I know others will disagree😉

Olives are so polarising. No one ‘likes’ them… love or hate only!

I admire how earnest you are about this subject. It’s very endearing. 🫒

I quite like olives if they're about but I never really order or buy them off my own bat. No strong feelings either way.

I’ve got some mates who are like this with drugs 😂

Roskilde Festival announcing 92 more names + day splits on thursday. With what they've already announced, that'll be more or less the full lineup. Anyway, the usually share a few names with Glasto each year; I know Kendrick and Taylor were due to play both in 2020, so it'll definitely be a good sign if Kendrick is confirmed for it...

    • RE: Unexpected Primavera   wasn't there some sort of confirmation at some point that something in the framework of unexpected Primavera would happen? Or did i dream that?
    • If you’re heading to the BBC Introducing stage then look out for Bar on the Green’s new location right next door. This well loved bar offers plenty of indoor seating, cocktails, premium beers – including non alcoholic & disco tunes well into the night.       From the Glasto website in the 'bars' section - maybe freeing up space on Williams green for something else.
    • Only you and your named PA or Companion (If you have one) on your Accessible Application form can get their wristbands at the Accessible Arrivals Marquee. If you have a free PA ticket this is the only place it can be collected. Did you apply to use any other Accessible Facilities? If so you will need to collect the wristbands and or passes for these from there too. Are their any children in the group?  Are you camping in Spring Ground? All other members of your group have to go to Gate A. The queues are considerably shorter but the processing time is longer as it's not a case of just issuing a wristband, most people also have other wristbands and passes to collect.   It depends where you class as the "main site", I have attached last years Access Map to give you an idea of the location of the Accessible Arrivals Car Park, see D16 for the entrance point into Yellow Gate and the distances from the Accessible Car Park to Spring Ground and then from Spring Ground to to some of the areas within the festival.  Let me know your replies and i can advise you accordingly. 😊   https://www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/information/access-information/access-map/ https://www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/information/access-information/distances/
