To be fair though, basically every other guy in their 30s is called Tom.

That didnt catch on around here. I only know 1 Tom.... my Grandad was called Tom though!

What did catch on was the middle name Louise for a girl.

Emma Louise, Gemma Louise, Sarah Louise, Katie Louise, Sophie Louise...  it is actually mental around here for that.

No, I think they are her sunglasses, but she should have!

Ah, she often wears a tiara, too. They're a decent outfit, I can definitely see them playing a couple times across the weekend (Williams Green, Crow's Nest, maybe even early doors on the JP). I know@Gnomicide is a fan, too.

Indeed, at least one of them went to my son's school too. Though he has no recollection of them.

Haha.... Rather predictably, my middle name is also Louise!

Are all the guys just called Matt down your way? That's the real killer in my home town.

Gotta agree, 2 things about the Efests forum that I wish were a thing 1. Dark Mode and 2. an Ignore function.

JJ’s fine in small doses. S/He seems to have forgotten that a light touch and subtlety is the key. Just spamming every thread with the same nonsense is irritating.

I've noticed they seem to get more chaotic when we bring it up and it goes from a post a day to multiple posts in multiple threads of just nonsense.

I find them less annoying than certain posters going on about 'roasting' in every other thread to be honest

Not a self confirmation but a user on Reddit is ‘confirming’ that Camila Cabello is there. Their source is within her management.

Was kind of hoping she wouldn’t be there to be honest, not really my thing at all and feel like she’ll be taking up a big slot.

Agreed, especially considering how shite her last album was. Could have hoped shed get the anne-marie treatment but thats probably more likely for Mabel imo

    • Hmm, weird- Rush are playing the Co-Op live on the 12th and the 14th, and Megadeth are the meat in that sandwich - so they have to roll everything in, roll it out again, only to roll it back in and then out - here's hoping for a prog hokey-cokey with all manner of bizarre time signatures and drum solos!
    • Depends what you mean by seeing 'more stuff' about it.    I definitely don't trust the original Sun article.

    • Chill. There is no chance Sziget will be cancelled by the government. Even the prime minister held a press conference today, where he confirmed this.   Magyar said they do not want to shut down the country or prevent events from taking place. He gave the example that vetoing an event would be like completely cutting off a large consumer’s electricity supply for the organizers. However, just as they have not taken such a measure against large consumers, they have not taken steps to cancel events either. (Magyar did not name a specific event, but he was presumably referring specifically to the Sziget Festival.) At the same time, Péter Magyar stressed that if disruptions occur in the system or the heatwave persists, it could become necessary to postpone or reschedule events (example: some Hungarian football games will probably be held in daylight, moved to a few hours earlier, to save energy), although he believes there is currently little chance of that happening. This is particularly true for events that rely entirely, or largely, on their own energy sources.
    • If the campervan field residents aren’t allowed to cut through orchid they’ve got a brutal walk on their hands.   otherwise not too many surprises
