tumbles
meh more clickbait shite again for me. The fact we’ve had about 3-4 days of rain in last 2 months means he’s talking crap at the start about wet few weeks previous.

Sku
About a dozen or so pages back (aka yesterday) there were some people predicting this thread will reach 120-160 pages by the festival. Looking more like 300 if these trends continue.

DareToDibble
Absolutely battered it down with heavy rain, then hail, here in Cardiff too! Unlike anything I can ever remember seeing before. It went on for about an hour but there is some bad flooding by me. One street has flooding covering half the bonnet of some cars

Yep missed Pilton almost completely and hit North Somerset and edge of South Wales. It was truly mental downpour, flash flooding in places. It bubbled up out of nowhere with fairly intense thunderstorm to boot. Oh and hale, fuck ton of Hale!

jonnyisRFC
Accuweather are now saying no rain during the festival and only the odd shower leading up to it. however, it’s looking cold for June with maximum temps of 19 degrees. STICK.

tumbles
Just put the washing out after last nights deluge. Sunny but windy. Back garden is still like concrete, albeit wet on top. For every bad day we have lately it’s countered by the opposite and the ground remains good.
briddj
It's the BBC that are talking sense. Monday 24 June – Sunday 7 July Becoming warmer and drier for most. The end of June and start of July should see high pressure building more widely across Europe, with Atlantic low pressure systems generally staying to the north-west of the UK. Most parts of England and Wales can expect to see a lot of dry weather, and temperatures will tend to be above normal in all areas, with southern and eastern areas likely to be warmest. The low pressure systems passing to our north-west may bring occasional spells of rain and some windy weather to Scotland and Northern Ireland, but both countries can expect a fair amount of dry and calm weather, and it will be warmer than normal too.As always, there is some uncertainty for this part of the forecast. One reason for this is that there is a tendency for low pressure systems affecting the UK in mid-June to linger for the rest of the month. So, whilst we expect the weather to become drier and warmer, there is a chance that it may remain unsettled and cool through to the start of July, with some spells of warm, dry weather, albeit perhaps rather short-lived.
