Fall Out Boy just released some new music which, if you liked Fall Out Boy's music at their peak, is basically exactly what you want:

What do we think of their likelihood of doing festivals this Summer and/or touring UK this year?

Seems unlikely

APE is the only decent option left but can't say it seems too likely!

This better sound like Take This To Your Grave

Maybe some of us thought Infinity On High was their peak 😬

After Infinity on High. Fall Out Boy were dead apart from the first two songs on Save Rock and Roll. This tune is alright though. You won't beat Take this to your grave and From under the cork tree.

Madonna tuesday 17th appeared quietly on ticketmaster at 10:45am

Gotta keep my eyes peeled for the fourth date now

Through priority I have the near £250 tickets in my basket. Can't justify it at all. But this third one has been much easier cuz at least I have options this time.

I logged on bang on 10 and there were 47k ahead of me in the queue.

Needless to say I was unsuccessful.

She could sell out 10 dates at this rate.

I did a few devices around the office. Best I had was 8000 and worst I had was over 130000!

Made sure I had a ticketmaster session for 11:30 as I thought that's when the Wednesday would go on sale, paid £90 each for tickets but got them for the Wednesday.

Don’t know how I managed to get Sunday tickets at 10.04am this morning by the sounds of everyone else’s queuing nightmares but glad there are more dates now and a few others on here are able to go.
My bank balance is not happy but it’s Madonna right?
I wouldn’t be surprised if another date is added the way it is going

Managed to get a “cheap” ticket for Madonna (£50 after fees).

We got £50 tickets for the Tuesday. A much better price to watch a possible car crash than £300+! I went back in again for another day for fun (as you do) and found out that the seats a row in front of ours were £100 each! The pricing really is mad for this one.

Sold out again. Let us know if anymore dates go on sale 🤞

Obviously depends how much you want to spend but L4A and above (£225 upwards are still available for the Tuesday and Wednesday on AXS)

    • Some are definitely already there with that and with another round of inflation looking like it's on the way, it certainly locks that in. And I say that as someone who also isn't willing to break the £100 marker.
    • A lot of people have said this online but does the Marvel world need new cities to play with? New York seems to be a target of all the villains to the point where you wonder why anyone in that world still lives there. Much as you can accuse me of overthinking it I guess haha.    I do agree that The Void is a compellingly different villain in many respects given the superpower is trapping people in their most traumatic memories. Shame in some respects the film came out in the post-Endgame funk Marvel seems stuck in and a lot of people missed out on it.    Speaking of, I rewatched Infinity War the other day. First time I think I've seen it since seeing it in the cinema on its opening day. Holds up pretty well imo - I have issues sometimes with ensemble casts and jumping between 4/5 storylines but it felt this one got the balance right and also properly explored Thanos. So it was good.
    • I didn't think I'd ever watched a Coben adaptation or read one of the original books, though turns out I did - I watched one called The Stranger back in 2020. Clearly didn't stick long in my memory as until researching it, I didn't know that was one of his. Queens Gambit or Black Mirror, it was not.    But clearly it's popular tripe in some respect if Netflix is going yes to everything he has to offer and are apparently about to start trying his most popular individual character, as seen below:   https://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/2026/jul/30/how-harlan-coben-became-the-king-of-potboiler-tv   Plus hey. Sometimes people get a kick from watching something and deriding it as crap. Don't let this internet rando stop you haha
