First year missing out since before 2013 but have Pearl Jam, Kings of Leon and Heart that weekend so I think I'll be ok!

Or what actually happened.....BBC News - Soho Theatre: Jewish theatregoers felt 'unsafe' at Paul Currie comedy show https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-68280092 https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2024/feb/14/soho-theatre-bans-comedian-paul-currie-jewish-audience-members

Gaslight Anthem were great last night at the Roundhouse
-
Nope. They headlined the Pyramid in 95 after Stone Roses pulled out.
-
Well Reading, APE, Isle of wight, End of the Road, Truck, Ynot, BST all have their main ticket sales after a headline or main line up drop. That's to name a few. Yes they do have early bird sales immediately after a festival has finished but no one had theirs main sale 6 months before a single artist is announced.
-
Pretty much every single other fesival (bar Bearded Threory) release the line ups before main ticket sale so people can decide dif its worth it or not.
-
Didn't get a ticket for the first time in 10 years, but i do think the line up is a bit weak. Good thing I'm seeing Pearl Jam/Ashcroft/Kings of Leon that weekend really
-
As a non ticket holder I'm glad I've got APE/Gunnersbury park tickets if this is indeed the case!
-
I would imagine a lot. But i think the Saturday with them is the only day to have sold out, which is no mean feat considering Blink/Prodigy and Liam G/Catfish are on the other days. Raye is probably a lot more expensive now than she probably was when booked though.
-
Raye is a Reading UK exclusive
-
Raye won't be playing. She's a Uk festival exclusive for Reading.
-
is she not a UK festival exclusive for Reading?
-
As long as there is doubt, there is still time for Ghost to headline every night, in an unprecedented turn of events.
-
As have Isle of Wight & Bearded Theory, Y not and Truck. APE is different but not bad either
-
I think Ghost should headline. Bit of Mary on a cross to get the deckchair brigade going.
-
I imagine streaming had something to do with it aswell.
-
The fact that Richard Ashcroft and Murder Capital are supporting PJ has made the cost slightly more palatable, but still too high
-
See ticket coaches go from the car park about 5 mins walk from O2 near the skyline entrance - they did last year anyway but the email nearer the time will tell you where to go
-
Got mine from See tickets at £149. Are you looking at Ticketmaster?
-
Hello. Do you know when if the Stevie Nicks BST will be announced?
-
So far... Slowdive Gaslight Anthem Liam Gallagher/John Squire Cranes Liam Gallagher Weezer/Smashing Pumpkins IoW The Breeders Heart The Killers Richard Ashcroft Manics/Suede PJ Harvey Reading festival All Points East Festwitch Y not festival Sprints x 2

Its a bit of shocker I have to admit. Got both days at BST in 2022 for £120.
-
I imagine with only 2 UK dates it will still sell out. But £160 seriously. I got 2 days at BST to see them last year for £120 and that included 2 full days of music. Sadly people will pay and prices will keep going up.
-
For £160 for standing in London and Manchester, there are going to be a lot of PJ fans, myself included, who are going to give it a miss
