Its not really that uncommon, other artists do it. Besides - who knows how long she will stay around you may as well go after the paydays while you can!

Im referring to Lil Nas moreso. Nowadays if youre in an arena it better be 90 mins minimum. But why dont we just refer it as a billie eilish since she essentially had been doing underplays for 3 years before finally doing arenas. Or ya know, just doing what normal artists should and not over extend yourself  venue wise.

Ok but some choose to and people will attend it, therefore it is worth it? Do i think its stupid, sure - but it does happen.

I see Ed Sheeran has pulled one of his Sunderland dates due to 'scheduling' issues and fans with tickets have been offered the chance to go on the other nights.

So hes not enough selling tickets, right?

rihanna did the same thing for her sunderland date in 2016.

Gonna keep an eye on the venue splits for this before I make a decision to buy a ticket, but now that the full lineup is out this looks pretty damn good:

Very interested in this, some great bands added. Interested in a lot on here, and Black Midi alone pretty much justifies the ticket price for me. I'll probably buy a ticket.

In 2024!

Yeh, I forgot to put in the year.  I though it was for next year not 2024, so thanks for pointing it out.  I will probably still get tickets (or will forget).  IT is certainly the furthest our I have ever planned a gig for.

I was just like damn, I thought it was a wrong date but no, both Nils and Barbican have it down for then!

That looks pretty interesting! Could be tempted by that.

I've just spotted Marshall amps are doing a gig to celebrate their 60th anniversary with Frank Carter headlining for £15, they've got Lyoness on the bill too who I've seen before and were pretty decent live.

there’s some cheapies for this one on Central Tickets btw

M Huncho and Flohio are putting on a free gig in London on 26th May for… you guessed it, Magnum Large Size Condoms

    • I'm surprised they risked it, especially after nearly missing their Glasto 22 slot under similar circumstances  I did see someome say Ellie didnt sound as strong as recently but I'm guessing playing 3 shows in 2 different continents doesnt help that    On the topic though I can definitely see them doing a Fontaines and having a break over winter before a few final Clearing shows next summer
    • That's fair on WA - I did recall people thinking Fontaines would take this year off before this was announced.    On the subject of Wolf Alice, they did Lollapalooza in Chicago on Saturday then Kendal Calling last night. Bit of an odd choice, no? Half imagine at Kendal that they would've been just exhausted.
    • Just logged onto the app to start planning my days and there really are a LOT of stages missing. Apart from the Seaside Stage there is no Casemates this year etc. Apart from the Seaside Stage, there are no Casemates this year, etc. Can't see anything about the kids field really. And there's local acts that are normally there like Kojak's Revenge that aren't appearing either.  Normally we get down fairly early but I can't see anything before 3pm I'm keen to see. Only one real clash as well, which is good, but it's thin and it's not thin in the sense of "I've seen a lot of these acts before"
