Not in London.

These dates are ages away, they should wait until the album is out and then announce some slightly bigger venues imo. Kentish Town is miniscule

It’s probably a good shout to take things slowly on the live front. They’ll be touring all year next year too so no harm in doing modest venues for the time being imo.

Bit lame that the Brixton Saturday show is a "late show" with a midnight finish. When I saw them at Brixton, they didn't even come on until midnight!

Even at normal shows its an absolute shitshow outside after dance acts finish

Does anybody know if there's a pre-sale for the Barrowlands show for Phoebe Bridgers? Seems to be O2 priority for the three academies and a "presale" as its titled on Ticketmaster for Dublin, but nothing for Glasgow. I've searched on gigsinscotland, gigsandtours, see tickets & ticketmaster and I'm stumped.

I got an email from PCL Presents last night promoting the Barrowlands gig but there's no mention of a presale, just a link to seetickets so I'm guessing there isn't one, which seems odd.

    • Elastica posted last night teasing a return, wonder where they would play if they reformed?
    • I agree but anyone under Rodrigo would be a sub in reality, that day would sell out in under an hour whoever is subbing, in which case Wolf Alice would make a lot of sense   The more unrealistic part of the scenario at this point is Rodrigo headlining
    • All you can say is...     If he couldn't convince nations that really would've benefitted from the short-term hit of an up-front £50mil payment by this time next year, what hope did he have?   Guess we'll now just have to monitor and see if this could derail Infantino's plans to be re-elected FIFA President next year.
    • Spider-Man: Brand New Day   Highlight was a bloke reacting to the post-credit scene by going "Holy f**k it's Tobey Maguire!" despite the scene having no reference to him at all. Which made my close-to-full screening of the film laugh a lot.   Film was pretty good. It was interesting as much as an exploration of the ramifications of the end of No Way Home and being about isolationism and male loneliness, which I thought it actually did quite well. Though I do ponder if I liked it as much as the other 3 Tom Holland Spider-Man movies. Sadie Sink was good tbf, while I also liked Jon Bernthal as Punisher, enough that I might go watch his Disney+ shows.   Seem to have had a Marvel kick recently having also watched Thunderbolts and Shang-Chi, both of which I thought were pretty good.
    • Wolf Alice won't get headliner for Reading either, they will sub if they play, that is where their level has stopped I feel. Both TFG and Skyvip for the big shows this year was just a stretch too far. Every headliner this year is bigger than them too I'd say.   Agree with Capaldi I don't think Yungblud will be at Reading. I would guess Bludfest 3 or Download.
