The album is mediocre. He butchers a lot of the Oasis tunes live because his voice is shot. Dyou Know What I Mean and Don't Look Back In Anger come to mind. Lots of people can be funny in interviews. I don't understand the hype when you consider Beady Eye were a flop and this is the same.

The tunes are much better than Beady Eye.

For anyone confused why his solo album has done so much better than Beady Eye, it's this kind of shit.  The Liam charm offensive.

I'm convinced that his fans are that thick that they didn't realise he was in Beady Eye and think this is the first thing he's done musically since Oasis split up.

Yeah, probably that & PR. If this sells out in less than 60 seconds like the arena gig I will splice those sleeping, bandwaggon jumping, cumbag fans, personally.

so Liam landed the first headline show at a major festival post oasis, noel have done what, kendall calling? I love Liam but this hype is undeserved

Noel headlined TITP and Latitude the year before he played every field in the UK. So if you're referring to TRNSMT then they're about level.

This notice on their website is very bizarre as according to Trainline, National Rail & Thameslink there are trains back to KGX up until gone midnight. One of which we are booked on.

So either all 3 train companies have failed to update their info & are letting people book on non-existent trains or Knebworth site is wrong.

I think it could well be the latter and the info is out of date. Maybe that was the plan originally but surely after seeing how many people are going to attend & will need transport away they have scrapped early train finishes and stuck some additional on.

If it isn’t the above, then we are well and truly stuffed & so will loads of other people. There will just be carnage in Stevenage.

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
