well, my saturday info was obviously shit.

That kills the DP rumour, as that was very specifically Friday.

Wonder why they were selected for the Friday? I reckon that means the Saturday headliner is someone on the mega star level, like Adele and Kanye. Sheeran would make sense.

The last few Saturday night headliners have all been major talking points for one reason or another that the entire festival seems to have gravitated around - Adele, Kanye, Metallica, the Stones... In the eyes of many Radiohead are just another band, they don't have the "wow factor" for a casual audience.
