Not really. The webcam might have looked good, but there were plenty of videos and photos closer up than showed how bad the site was.

I don't think anyone was under the impression 2016 was going to be OK at this point.

They tend to be still working on them right until Thursday night.

Yep, large pieces of land usually cordoned off on front of the main stages Weds and Thurs, unless something specific is planned for those areas (e.g. football being screened on the big screens)
