She mentions florence being big enough to headline and talks about her a bit. I would think that means she's not been asked for this year. Seen as she avoids speaking about booked headliners near the beginning of video.

Also adds more weight to Coldplay.

I don't think she could say all of that and then book her not headlining. That would be quite a kick in the teeth.

I also don't think it sounds like a hint that she is playing, though she probably is.

I loved the last Stereophonics album, some great tunes on that.

They are definitely bigger than The Manics, huge cross over appeal, still do arena gigs.....

Easily 3rd down on Pyramid or sub Other.

that fact her songs are awful I guess. People hope the headline slots go to artists with good songs.

I wouldn't be devastated, she has some very good songs IMO, but she can bit a bit much for me at times. I would hope/expect there would be something else that interests me more at the time. It more just makes sense than anything else.

I'd say Flo will play before Coldplay.

Fleetwood Mac have their fair share of dross but enough really solid tunes to fill out a set I think.

Plus they crossed a few genres with huge success over their career.

I wouldn't be going overboard with praise, but I can't see much comparison between them and Florence at this current stage in her career

There seems to be a campaign (media/record company?) to get her to top the bill. Emily referring to the festival making headliners dovetails with his "heave".
