I'm not bothered which of the artists I like are arseholes, but I've never been able to enjoy PJ Harvey, she gets right on my nerves. I wonder if I subconsciously forced myself into that mindframe because of the foxhunting comments.

someone said their teacher/lecturer or something told them Bowie was on the cards.

Personally, I'd be very surprised if anyone with info was giving out speculation like that while not also saying who is booked.

So the Foos have been finalised at long last then? Excellent :D

Of course, the lecturer could have got the info some time ago before anyone was booked. You big tease.

Noel Gallagher HFB are now headlining one of the days at Calling Festival, London. Honestly can't see them subbing Glasto as many have mentioned.

My fav band Biffy Clyro a good poss for 2016, another bloody yr I won't get a ticket then!!

    • Judging by last night at Wembley, Luke Combs should be in the conversation of headliner. The UK is having a moment with country music so I don't think it would be particularly left field either.

    • It feels really busy this year, loads of big groups of youngsters too. Slightly different vibe to previous years I've been. As with Tramlines, they're very chatty during sets and there's a constant stream of them in and out of the crowd... definitely feeling my age 😂   The Quarry stage I think is a lot smaller than previous years - seems similar size to Squid/Leadmill. Some sets have been difficult to get in.   I think I've reached my limit with mid-tier indie guitar bands. There's been quite a few this weekend where I've gone over to see them then walked away after 20 mins. Surprisingly, enjoyed the Fratellis set the most in this genre. Probably getting on for 20 years since I last saw them. Wasn't expecting them to do Yes Sir, I Can Boogie, which was fab!   Hugely enjoyed the Happy Mondays yesterday, and same but different with Radio Free Alice who I saw again on Friday, following Tramlines last weekend. A big run of pop acts today - Scissor Sisters will be fantastic!
    • I have a spare campervan pass to get rid of.  unable to use Kaboodle as it is only entry that they re-sell
