It’s possible but as she’s not been announced for R1 big weekend I think it’s unlikely . Her tour doesn’t kick off until October and starts on the west coast of the USA so I’m not sure she would have a rehearsed band in time.

Obviously the situation could change , but let’s wait for the tour announcement first.

i think Haim is the more likely candidate

Has she announced tour dates? I've missed that

'Leave it all out there in the field' is clearly a reference to early noughties Stockholm techno artist The Field.

But where would he play?  Iicon is in a field?  And so is Arcadia?

(And so are all the stages, I think)

Oooh, now that would be something! Though I think Axel is a stickler for doing his own thing, rather than crowd-pleasing. Not Aphex level, but his intricate 'endless' loops would sort out the ravers from the tourists!

Nobody think it's Oasis?

N A L F C → “Noel And Liam Festival Closing

Wise man once said / Leave it all out there in the field”: Noel’s own words about Oasis’ legacy – “I left it all in the studio, I left it all on the stage … no regrets.

Can’t have any regrets - Don't look back in anger?

I dont really see the point of haim being a tba, theyre confirmed for the friday in margate so are obviously playing either sat or sun. They may as well just announce them and put them on the other or pyramid.

that could easily happen too, they may just not want to be announced early as they have this (ambitious) arena tour to sell

No regrets could mean Sex Pistols (and Frank Carter) - Anarchy in the UK?

Playing in Norway on the Thursday though free Glastonbury weekend.....

They are also playing in Holland on the Friday and France on the Saturday sadly.  Was hoping they'd be doing Glasto (given they played Other in 2023 as Generation Sex) but that seems unlikely.  Can't see them playing 4 days in a row.

Don't think so... but who knows, they could come along and do a short surprise set maybe?  Like three songs?

Noel And Liam Follow Chic?

This is possible I imagine, assuming there's room on the Pyramid for one more big artist. It seems certain they're going to be there in some form.

The tweet isn't serious. Not sure whoever runs it is still on here or exclusively discord. Feel it may be the latter.

It’s run by several people some of whom have posted in the last few days . I deleted it because I was told like you said it wasn’t serious

    • Sabrina I actually think is alright, but as an overall thing including Fontaines in the mix it does look very boring.
    • I went to the O2 show as had cheap NHS tickets. I did love the whole Machine Gun Kelly vs MGK Emo/Pop Punk stuff amusing and could see that show going down well. I thought it was so funny watching the video skits of a die hard old skool fan gradually morphing in to an Emo Kid. That show with less old Machine Gun Kelly tunes and more MGK Pop-Punk would be ace.   Pair him against a heavy act on the other stage and jobs a goodun,
    • Not sure if this is allowed, but I have an additional daily ticket which I’m willing to sell for a heavily reduced price. If you, or someone you know wants to go that day, but wouldn’t for the original price, let me know.    Edit: It’s for Friday
    • Couple of standing tickets left on ticketmaster if anyone is still trying
    • Choosing  I think boycotting a festival you would usually attend simply because you don't like one of the acts is pretty petulant to be honest, just go and watch a different stage. There are plenty of the usual slam dunk attendees who would be into him, as well as attracting new festivalgoers too.
